Guided by the Sulha Framework

Our approach is based on Sulha — a structured reconciliation model focused on dialogue, mutual understanding, and fair outcomes.

Sulha is a peaceful reconciliation or mediation process used to resolve disputes and restore harmony between people,
based on the Quranic principle that “reconciliation is best” (Quran 4:128).

Sahl ibn Sa‘d reported that the people of Quba fought until they threw stones at each other. When the Prophet ﷺ heard about it, he said, “Let us go to reconcile between them.” Source: Sahih al-Bukhari

This shows the Prophet ﷺ personally engaging in community mediation and conflict resolution,
directly implementing Quran 49:9–10.
