As an Analyst in Corporate Planning & Strategy at Jamiyah Singapore and Chairperson of Jamiyah’s Women’s Committee, she works closely with organizational leaders and community stakeholders to develop people-centred strategies and programmes.

Having completed formal mediation training and being trained in suicide risk intervention, Roza brings a calm, analytical and empathetic approach to conflict resolution.
